Set Pickup & Drop-off
Open GoFleet and set where the driver should collect the goods and where to deliver them — just like booking a ride.
Tap "Send a Parcel"
Switch the booking from a passenger ride to a goods delivery. Choose the parcel size — Small, Medium, Large, or Extra-large — describe what you're sending, and add the weight if you know it.
Add the Recipient
Enter the recipient's name and phone number so the driver knows exactly who to hand your goods to at the drop-off point.
Review the Fare & Book
Your quote is the DRTS-compliant ride fare plus a size-based adjustment and a small handling fee — shown in full before you book. Drivers bid on your delivery just like a ride.
Share the 6-Digit Delivery Code
GoFleet gives you a delivery code when you book. Send it to your recipient — the driver must enter that code at handover before the delivery completes and payment settles. That's your proof of delivery.
